Challenge: This site is a high end resort in Broad Beach on the Gold Coast. Clients wanted the job done quickly to get back their visitor car spaces.
Solution: We used specialised diamonds that we got manufactured by our supplier for high production. We cut down the process time by at least 4 days.
Result: Carpark was returned to our clients within schedule and expected turn around periods.

Challenge: Our client was wanting to rectify the amount of cracks and holes in the floor to enable their automated forklift system to work safely. They also wanted a floor that was easily cleaned and stain resistant.
Solution: A first stage heavy grind was the initial stage. The second stage was filling of the major holes and cracks with a high strength fast setting grouting material. We then did a lighter refining grind over the top to remove excess patching material and met the fooor ready for coating applications. We found the floor was slightly weak so we added an additional xylene based primer and then 2 coats of high solids polyurethane.
Result: The floor has now got high stain resistance and has the autonomous forklifts running over it without any problems whatsoever so ever.

Challenge: This residential job was a heavy random exposure polished concrete. Lots of hardener was added to this slab to bring uo its integrity.
Solution: We polished it to 400 grit semi gloss finish and completed it in 2.5 days from start to finish. We sealed it with fully penetrating stain blocking sealant and then buffed it off.
Result: Amazing new fresh space for the client.

What is the difference between polished concrete and epoxy flooring?+

Polished concrete is the slab itself, ground and polished with diamonds and densified — very durable and low maintenance. Epoxy flooring is a seamless resin coating applied over the concrete — ideal where you need chemical resistance, hygiene, colour, line marking or slip ratings, such as warehouses, food production and garages.
